We are pleased to confirm Roofline Southern have secured the specialist waterproofing package for a new residential development in Sidcup, Kent.

Our 1300m2 installation will consist of a mixture of Siltec Adhered PVC single ply membrane on tapered Insulation and Silflex cold applied warm roof liquid waterproofing, across multiple roof ,balcony and terrace areas. We will also be responsible for the supply and installation of the Aluminium copings on the project.

The new six-storey building will include a courtyard and we look forward to commencing our installation in September 2021.
